Inspired by a dear friend, Erin, & her local collective, The Bird & Bear Collective, located in Holliston, MA, who has encouraged me to be authentic and spread my wings since the day we met a few years ago. At the collective we are all encouraged to Nest, Rest, Explore & Soar as we brave this wilderness together. For me, pushing myself out of my comfort zone & into the wilderness has truly been the best medicine.
